Terms of use
These draft terms reflect the behaviour of the Walimah Studio MVP. They must be completed with the registered operator, governing terms, refund rules and support commitments before accepting real customers.
Using the service
Users may create and manage wedding invitations, guest lists, RSVP responses, artwork and check-in records. Users must protect their account credentials and ensure information submitted to the platform is accurate and lawful to use.
Content and permissions
Users retain responsibility for names, photographs, music, fonts, artwork, messages and other content they upload. They must hold the permissions needed to publish and share that content. Content that infringes rights, contains malware or is unlawful should not be uploaded.
Plans, payment and publishing
Publishing entitlements depend on the selected plan and successful payment confirmation. The production terms should state prices, taxes, plan duration, renewal behaviour, guest limits, refund eligibility and what happens when an invitation expires.
Availability and changes
This MVP is supplied for evaluation and commercial validation. Features may change, and no production uptime or support commitment is included unless separately agreed. A public release should define service levels, maintenance expectations and support channels.
Account and project removal
Access may be restricted where the service is misused or security is at risk. Production rules should explain notices, appeal routes, project export, account closure and data deletion.
